4. Eligibility and Account Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your LiveGood username and any other information needed for placement in the rotation. If you submit incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or unusable information, we are not responsible for any resulting loss of visibility, placement issues, or missed exposure.

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove usernames, accounts, or participants that appear fraudulent, abusive, misleading, duplicate, inactive, or otherwise harmful to the integrity of the service.

5. No Guarantees

You understand and agree that there are absolutely no guarantees of any kind regarding performance or outcomes from use of this service.

Any examples, screenshots, testimonials, traffic numbers, or member activity shown on the website are illustrative only. They are not promises, projections, or assurances of future results for any participant.

6. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediate nature of this service, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If you enroll in a recurring plan, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing option selected at checkout.

• Yearly plans renew every year unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time through Stripe or the payment method provided at checkout
• Cancellation stops future renewals only
• Your access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period

Canceling does not create any right to a refund for current or prior billing periods.

8. Participant Conduct

By using this service, you agree to behave in a lawful and respectful manner.

You may not harass, threaten, abuse, intimidate, spam, defame, or repeatedly badger support over pricing, results, billing decisions, or the no-refund policy. You may not misuse payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversal mechanisms as a substitute for reading the offer before purchase.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access, without refund, if a user engages in abusive, deceptive, disruptive, or bad-faith conduct.

9. Fair Use and Rotation Logic

Placement, exposure frequency, rotation order, page distribution, and visibility logic may change at any time in order to improve site performance, user experience, fairness, testing, technical operations, or business strategy.

We do not guarantee equal views, equal clicks, equal timing, or equal exposure across all participants. Rotation may vary based on traffic patterns, page performance, content changes, technical factors, user behavior, testing, or other variables.

10. Service Changes and Availability

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. This includes pricing, billing structure, page layouts, traffic sources, rotation logic, features, availability, and participation rules.

We are not liable for interruptions, downtime, platform changes, third-party service issues, payment processor issues, algorithm shifts, or any event outside our reasonable control.

11. User Responsibility and Marketing Expectations

You are solely responsible for your own business decisions, affiliate activity, follow-up, compliance, and expectations. This service is a low-cost marketing tool. It is not a promise of business growth and it is not a substitute for your own effort, follow-up, or broader marketing strategy.

If you are unwilling to accept the normal uncertainty of low-cost marketing, digital traffic, and affiliate promotion, do not purchase this service.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes based on dissatisfaction, unmet expectations, misunderstanding of the offer, failure to read these terms, or disagreement with the no-refund policy.

We reserve the right to provide payment processors with checkout records, acceptance records, usage records, service details, and these Terms and Conditions in response to any dispute.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveGood Product Reviews and its owners, operators, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of leads, loss of commissions, lost profits, interrupted business, reputational harm, data issues, or dissatisfaction with results.

14. Indemnification
