If I have a craving then I blend another one. So, good!! The Lean is amazing to tie it all together. The says I must work a double shift, I just make sure I have my lean and protein, I never even mis a beat. The combination is a game changer for me. Energy, weight management, and healthy feelings for once. I continued and tested the results by not taking Lean and the protein when I worked a double. Never doing that again. Night and day energy levels. Lean, protein and many other LiveGood products will always be a part of my life. Affordable, healthy options are what it's all about.
